PRESENT: , P. J., SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Appellant having moved for permission to file and serve a 76-page appellant's brief on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on January 4, 2012, and April 16, 2012, for an extension of time to perfect the appeals, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Aror A. O'Diah sworn to January 7, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of Paul Groenwegen, Esq., dated February 7, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to file a 76-page appellant's brief is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before May 6, 2013, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied (see 22 NYCRR 1000.3 [c] [2]).
