ORDER

DENISE COTE, District Judge

Defendant City of New York moved to dismiss all of plaintiff's claims against it on April 26, 2002. By Opinion and Order of August 21, that motion was granted in full. On December 5, the City of New York wrote the Court, inquiring as to whether any response was required to plaintiff's filings of November 20.

It is hereby ORDERED that no action by the City is necessary.
