In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 25, 1960, granting plaintiff's motion to amend his complaint and bill of particulars. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Defendants' time to answer the amended complaint is extended until 10 days after entry of the order hereon. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
