This case is calendared for trial at the Court's January 30, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session. On October 26, 2022, counsel for Mr. Oddo filed two motions: 1) a motion to substitute parties and change caption and 2) a motion for continuance to which the Commissioner did not object. For the reasons stated in the motions, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion to substitute parties and change caption filed October 26, 2022, is granted and the caption in this case is amended to read: "Estate of Christopher Oddo, Deceased, Matthew Oddo, Personal Representative, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that the petitioner's motion for continuance filed October 26, 2022, is granted and this case is continued and restored to the general docket.
