This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 16, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas.

On February 7, 2023, a Petition was filed to commence the above-docketed case. On December 4, 2023, in accordance with Rule 27(h), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Redacted Petition and concurrently therewith lodged a Redacted Petition in which references to identifying information in the notice of deficiency attached to the petition have been removed.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Redacted Petition, filed with the Court on December 4, 2023, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Redacted Petition, lodged with the Court on December 4, 2023, shall be filed as of the date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the unredacted Petition, filed with the Court on February 7, 2023, is sealed and shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of this Court.
