GARETT FORD ODADZIN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On February 14, 2023, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. On that form, petitioner indicates that petitioner receives almost $40,000 of income per month. If so, petitioner has not demonstrated the required financial need in order to have his application approved. It is possible, however, that petitioner made a mistake on the application form and would like to have another opportunity to file a proper application. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee, filed February 14, 2023, is denied. It is further

ORDERED that the due date for petitioner to either pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or file a properly completed Application for Waiver of Filing Fee is extended to March 17, 2023.
