Before the Court is the motion for extension of time to file the brief and the brief submitted by appellant's counsel, Deric Walpole.

We GRANT the motion for extension of time to file the brief as described below.

The brief submitted with the motion for extension, at page 11, contains the name of a child who was a minor at the time of the offense. Rule of Appellate

Procedure 9.10(a) provides that sensitive data that may not be included in papers filed with the Court include "the name of any person who was a minor at the time the offense was committed." TEX. R. APP. P. 9.10(a)(3). Accordingly, we STRIKE appellant's brief received December 16, 2024.

We ORDER Mr. Walpole to file on or before DECEMBER 27, 2024, appellant's brief referring to any person who was a minor at the time of the offense with initials or generic terms, such as child, victim, complainant, etc.
