In an action to impress a trust on assets of an estate acquired by the individual defendant allegedly as the result of fraud, order staying payment of bequests pursuant to the terms of a will affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
