Order modifying plaintiffs' notice of examination of respondent before trial, in so far as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Hagarty, Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
