O'Connor v. O'Connor

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Jan 1, 1920
190 App. Div. 957 (N.Y. App. Div. 1920)

Opinion

January, 1920.

Present — Rich, Putnam, Blackmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ.

Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. The issue presented as to the existence of the contract alleged was entirely one of fact. There was corroboration of plaintiff's story by outside witnesses. We cannot say upon the record presented that the verdict was against the evidence.
