This case is currently calendared on the Court's New York, New York, trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 25, 2022.

On March 11, 2022, petitioner Erin O'Connor filed a motion for extension of time, requesting that the Court extend time the dates as set forth in the Standing Pretrial Order to dates beyond this specific trial session. The Commissioner thereafter filed a response to the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Ms. O'Connor's motion for extension of time is granted, in that this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 25, 2022, and if this case is not resolved by summary judgment, then the parties will receive another Notice of Trial and Standing Pretrial Order. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
