Action to recover moneys allegedly due for legal services rendered to the defendant, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number sixteen, and tried to the court, Shaughnessy, J.; judgment for the plaintiff, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
