ORDER

ALBERT G. LAUBER, JUDGE

This case is calendared for trial at a two-week special session in Atlanta, Georgia, beginning November 14, 2022. On October 31, 2022, respondent filed two Motions in Limine. Respondent contends that the report of petitioner's expert witness Belinda Sward should be excluded in its entirety, and that the report of petitioner's expert witness William Frazier should be excluded in part. Respondent represents that petitioner opposes the granting of these motions.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that petitioner shall file, on or before November 10, 2022, a response to respondent's Motions in Limine. Petitioner may address all relevant points in a single document if that is convenient.
