OCONEE LANDING PROPERTY, LLC, OCONEE LANDING INVESTORS, LLC, TAX MATTERS PARTNER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent
ORDER
Albert G. Lauber Judge
This case is calendared for trial at the Court's trial session in Atlanta, Georgia, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 14, 2022. The trial will be conducted in person in Room 1136, Russell Federal Building and Courthouse (Courthouse), 75 Ted Turner Drive, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, 30303. On September 30, 2022, the parties filed a joint Motion for Leave to Use Electronic Equipment at the trial. The parties also request access to the Courthouse beginning on Thursday, November 10, 2022, through Sunday, November 13, 2022, to allow the parties to set up and test the necessary equipment.
We will grant the parties' Motion. Because Friday, November 11, 2022, is a Federal holiday, and because access to the Courthouse is not available during the weekend, the parties have agreed to set up and test the equipment on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, and Thursday, November 10, 2022. Those times are acceptable to the Court and to personnel at the Courthouse.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint Motion for Leave to Use Electronic Equipment, filed September 30, 2022, is granted. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall file, on or before November 1, 2022, a joint status report listing all electronic equipment that will be brought into the Courthouse and the names of all personnel who will enter the Courthouse for the purpose of setting up the equipment.
The GSA Building Manager of the Courthouse will have final approval concerning any equipment brought into the building or used in the courtroom. Any questions relating to the set-up of electronic equipment should be directed through the Court by contacting Mr. Nikolai Tillman, law clerk for the undersigned, at Niko-lai.Tillman@ustaxcourt.gov.
