ORDER
Albert G. Lauber Judge.
This case is calendared for trial at a two-week special session in Atlanta, Georgia, beginning November 14, 2022. By Order dated April 14, 2022, we adopted a pretrial schedule. On September 14, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Modify Scheduling Order, requesting that paragraph 3 of the Order dated April 14, 2022, be modified to read as follows:
September 30, 2022: Exchange expert reports and lodge them with the Court. The reports, prepared and signed by the witness, shall contain:
(A) a complete statement of all opinions the witness expresses and the basis and reasons for them;
(B) the facts or data considered by the witness in forming them;
(C) any exhibits used to summarize or support them;
(D) the witness's qualifications, including a list of all publications authored in the previous 10 years;
(E) a list of all other cases in which, during the previous 4 years, the witness testified as an expert at trial or by deposition; and
(F) a statement of the compensation to be paid for the study and testimony in the case.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the parties' Motion to Modify Scheduling Order, filed September 14, 2022, is granted. In all other respects the pretrial scheduling order remains in full force and effect.
