This case is calendared for trial at a two-week special session in Atlanta, Georgia, beginning November 14, 2022. On August 12, 2022, the parties filed a First Supplemental Stipulation of Facts. On August 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion in Limine to admit certain documents over several hearsay and other objections reserved by petitioner in the Supplemental Stipulation of Facts. Respondent represents that petitioner opposes the granting of this motion. Upon due consideration, it is
