ORDER

On March 18, 2022, respondent filed two Motions to Compel the Taking of Depositions. Respondent seeks the opportunity to depose James Freeman and Ricky Novak. Respondent represents that petitioner's counsel is accepting service on behalf of Messrs. Freeman and Novak, who are not represented. The Clerk of the Court therefore need not make additional service on Messrs. Freeman and Novak.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that James Freeman and Ricky Novak shall file, on or before April 8, 2022, a response to respondent's Motions to Compel. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner may file, on or before April 8, 2022, a response to respondent's Motions to Compel.
