ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, remote Trial Session of the Court. On January 21, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion). That same day respondent filed a Motion To Remand.

On February 11, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report indicating the parties have been in communication and additional time is needed for petitioner to confer with his accountant and to discuss settlement. The parties also reported that they believed that a remand was no longer necessary. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance is granted, in that, this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand is denied. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, remote Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 30, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
