Appeal, No. 153, March T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, Oct. T., 1968, No. 128, in case of Mary Ocenas v. John P. Stankovic. Decree affirmed.

Equity to compel an accounting. Before WEIR, J.

Decree nisi entered dismissing plaintiff's complaint; plaintiff's exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.
