On September 27, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On October 11, 2022, petitioner filed an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered September 2, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Application for Waive of Filing Fee is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to November 9, 2022. If, by November 9, 2022, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
