This case is calendared for trial at the Court's September 19, 2022, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On July 18, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment and a declaration in support of the motion pursuant to Rule 121, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure.

To allow for the efficient disposition of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on September 19, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 26, 2022, petitioner shall file a response or an objection to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the Motion. See Rule 121(b). It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
