ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case was called and then recalled at the Court's June 7, 2021, Los Angeles, California remote trial session. Both petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At that time petitioner made an Oral Motion for Continuance. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcripts of the proceeding, it is, ORDERED that petitioner's Oral Motion for continuance is hereby granted and this case is hereby continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case will be calendared for trial on the Court's Jacksonville, FL remote session and notice of trial and standing pretrial order will be issued in due course. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 7, 2021, the parties shall file a joint report (or separate reports if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case.
