DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2015, to approve the proposed content of the record on appeal, and to direct the respondents "to cooperate in the settlement of the trial transcript."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until June 30, 2016, the record or appendix and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to approve the proposed content of the record on appeal is denied without prejudice to the parties stipulating to omit exhibits or making further motions concerning the record after the appeal is perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
