These cases are calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 27, 2023.

On September 12, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance in each case; at Docket No. 20024-22, docket entry 11; and at Docket No. 140-23, docket entry 14.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that jurisdiction of these cases is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Motion for Continuance, filed September 12, 2023, at Docket No. 20024-22, docket entry 11; and at Docket No. 140-23, docket entry 14, is granted in that these cases are stricken for trial from the November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court and these cases are continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report (or, if that is not possible, then separate reports) with the Court as to the then-present status of these cases.
