Appellant's unopposed motion to extend time for the trial court to amend the certification of appellant's right to appeal is granted. Appellant is hereby advised that this appeal will be dismissed pursuant to Rule 25.2(d), TEX. R. APP. P., unless an amended certification showing appellant has the right to appeal is made part of the appellate record by May 29, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 25.2(d); 37.1.
