BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The mandate in 2D09–5332 having issued April 13, 2011, this petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is dismissed as untimely. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(d)(5).

The petition is also dismissed as successive to the petition in proceeding 2D11–1404. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(d)(6)(C).
