The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby denied because petitioner raises the same issues as in Oberwise v. Secretary, Dept. of Corrections, No. SC2023-1600, 2023 WL 8714545 (Fla. Dec. 18, 2023), in which the petition was denied. Cf. Topps v. State, 865 So.2d 1253 (Fla. 2004). No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.
