TIMOFEY N. OBEREMOK & ZHANNA V. OBEREMOK ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge

These cases are set for trial at the Court's September 11, 2023, Spokane, Washington special trial session. On August 25, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Seal petitioners' "Proposed Trial Exhibits 281-P through 498-P (Docket Entry No. 58), which includes four proposed trial exhibits that contain Taxpayer Identification Numbers and other identifying information that should be redacted under Tax Court Rule 27." Attached to the Motion as Exhibit A is a redacted version of Docket Entry No. 58. For good cause shown and to achieve the same effect, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Seal, filed August 25, 2023, is recharacterized as petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits 281-P through 498-P. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' unredacted Proposed Trial Exhibits 281-P through 498-P at Docket Entry No. 58 are deemed stricken from the record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this proceeding.
