DIMITRIY N. OBEREMOK & KATRINA A. OBEREMOK, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge

This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's Spokane, Washington trial session on January 17, 2023. Counsel for both parties appeared and were heard. Petitioner's counsel, Joseph Wessman, stated that there was a conflict of interest, and he would have to withdraw. We continued the case and directed the parties to file status reports by February 16, 2023. Respondent and petitioners filed Status Reports on February 14 and 16, 2023, respectively. Respondent advised that a proposed stipulation of facts has been sent to petitioners' counsel, and that respondent is ready for trial. Petitioners' report states that petitioners do not yet have new counsel, and Mr. Wessman would withdraw from the case once new counsel entered an appearance. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 3, 2023, Mr. Wessman, shall file a motion to withdraw from this case and new counsel, if any, shall file an entry of appearance. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall contact the Chambers of the undersigned judge at (202) 521-0824, no later than March 10, 2023, for the purpose of scheduling a conference call to discuss the current status of the case. It is further

ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be served on petitioners at their address of record.
