By order dated May 14, 2024, we granted appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw, suspended the time for filing appellant's brief, and directed appellant to provide the Court with the name and contact information on new counsel, if any, by June 1, 2024. New counsel has not appeared before the Court, and appellant has not corresponded with the Court regarding new counsel.
So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER appellant to file his brief within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order. We caution appellant that failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(A)(1); 42.3(B),(C).
