Dear Counsel:
On August 29, 2023 at 4:27 p.m., this office received the "stipulation for settlement and dismissal" for the above-referenced case. Pursuant to that stipulation, the cross-appeal has now been dismissed by entry of a Clerk's order of dismissal. That order is attached. Please be advised that the attached order does not dismiss the appeal filed by First Impressions Salon &Spa, Inc. The appeal filed by that party was previously dismissed on the involuntary dismissal docket; the order dismissing the appeal was emailed to counsel, Judge Bell, and the circuit court clerk at 2:05 p.m. on August 29, 2023. With the exception of the payment of $250 in costs assessed to attorney Vanneste for allowing the appeal to be submitted on the involuntary dismissal warning docket, Docket No. 365546 is considered concluded at the Court of Appeals.
