The judgment of the Circuit Court of Broward County, rendered April 7, 1976, is hereby reversed upon authority of Department of Revenue v. University Square, Inc., 336 So.2d 371 (Fla. 1st DCA 1976), and this cause is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
