IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining Order [ECF No. 6] is DENIED.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiffs Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 [ECF No. 1] is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
