This case is calendared for trial at the Court's March 13, 2023, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On November 10, 2022, the Commissioner filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Lorene Lynne Nyquist. Petitioners do not object to the granting of the motion. For the reasons stated in the Commissioner's motion to dismiss, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Lorene Lynne Nyquist filed November 10, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Edward Leo Nyquist, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
