Appeal from a decree of the Probate Court for the district of New Haven denying the plaintiff's claim against the estate of the defendant's decedent, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, where the court, Fracasse, J., granted the defendants' motion to dismiss and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the court denied the plaintiff's motion to open the judgment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
