JUDGMENT
The issues in the above-captioned case having been heard before Justice Carol R. Edmead of the Supreme Court for the County of New York at 60 Centre Street, Room 532, New York, NY 10007, and Justice Edmead having rendered a Decision and Order on January 15, 2020 in favor of the Petitioner and against the Respondent,
Now, on motion of David E. McCraw, Petitioner's attorney, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED, that Judgment is hereby granted same as set forth in the attached Decision and Order, which is as follows: "Respondent the City of New York Office of the Mayor is directed to disclose all outstanding materials sought in Petitioner's May 6, 2019 FOIL request within thirty (30) days, that Petitioner's Application for reasonable attorney's fees is granted," and "that the issue of the amount of reasonable attorneys' fees is hereby severed and referred to a Special Referee to Hear and Determine."
