Appeals having been taken by non-party appellant, Steven Garfield, Esq., from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 31, 2016 and June 2, 2016, respectively, And, defendants-respondents having moved for dismissal of the appeals, and to impose sanctions, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of dismissing the appeals, pursuant to CPLR 5511, without prejudice to further proceedings in the Supreme Court and otherwise denied.
