DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated February 3, 2012.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time of the respondent and the attorney for the children to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 11, 2013, and the briefs, if any, of the respondent and the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date.
