DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for leave to renew and reargue, to vacate stay or, in the alternative, for further relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to renew and reargue and to vacate the stay is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for further relief is granted, without costs, only to the extent that, as a condition of continuing the stay pending determination of the appeal, appellants are required to maintain property and liability insurance coverage for the subject property consistent with the minimum insurance policy limits as set forth in exhibit G of respondent's attorney's affirmation in support of the motion and to add respondent as an additional insured on said policy.
