On June 16, 2023, respondent's counsel filed a Motion for Extension of Time, requesting a 45-day extension of time in which to file an opening brief in this case. The motion states that petitioner has notified respondent's counsel, via e-mail, that he does not object to her being granted additional time for her opening brief. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Extension of Time, filed June 16, 2023, is granted in that the time in which respondent shall file an opening brief is extended from June 28, 2023, to July 28, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the time in which petitioner shall file an answering brief is extended from August 14, 2023, to September 13, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the time in which respondent shall file a reply brief is extended from September 11, 2023, to October 11, 2023.
