ORDER

This case was called for trial on March 22, 2023, from the remote Trial Session of the Court at Dallas, Texas commencing on March 20, 2023. During the trial, the Court ordered that the record be held open for the limited purpose of receiving certain further evidence. On April 16, 2023, pursuant to the Court's instruction, the parties filed a Supplemental Stipulation of Facts, which attached the following two exhibits: (1) Exhibit 27-P (a document titled "Master Statement" concerning a house in Texas purportedly purchased by petitioner and his brother on December 11, 2015) and (2) Exhibit 28-P (a document titled "Order Acknowledgement" with an order date of January 8, 2016). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties' Supplemental Stipulation of Facts, including Exhibits 27-P and 28-P attached thereto, filed April 16, 2023, are admitted into evidence. It is further

ORDERED that the evidentiary record in this case is now closed. It is further

ORDERED that the Court reminds the parties that briefing schedule in this case is as follows: Respondent's Seriatim Opening Brief (15-page limit) is due on June 28, 2023, Petitioner's Answering Brief (15-page limit) is due on August 14, 2023, and Respondent's Reply Brief (15-page limit) is due on September 11, 2023.
