Rosemary Nwankpa, Appellant v. Cecilia Obilom, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, 277TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. 13-0635-C277, HONORABLE BETSY F. LAMBETH, JUDGE PRESIDINGORDER

PER CURIAM

Appellant Rosemary Nwankpa filed her notice of appeal on April 8, 2016. Court reporter Lynette Thorpe requested extensions of time to file the reporter's record through September 10, 2016. Ms. Thorpe has not responded to the court's two subsequent inquiries about the status of the record, which has not been filed. We order Thorpe to file the reporter's record in this cause no later than November 1, 2016. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(a)(1). Failure to file the record will result in Thorpe being called before the Court to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of this order.

It is ordered October 18, 2016. Before Chief Justice Rose, Justices Goodwin and Bourland
