Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court's decision in Ex parte N.W., [Ms. 1980126, September 10, 1999] 748 So.2d 190 (Ala. 1999), the judgment is due to be reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
