ORDER
KEN MOLBERG, JUSTICE
On November 10, 2023, we struck the September 8, 2023 clerk's record and October 2, 2023 supplemental clerk's record and ordered Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, no later than November 20, 2023, a sealed record containing copies of certain documents that had been included in the stricken record. We further ordered her to file in an unsealed record all other documents that had been included in the stricken record. To date, however, the record has not been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Pitre to file the sealed and unsealed clerk's records no later than December 11, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order, along with a copy of our November 10th order, to the Honorable Tonya Parker, Presiding Judge of the 116th Judicial District Court; Ms. Pitre; and the parties.
