Order reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, upon the ground that it sufficiently appears that plaintiff was a resident of the county of Westchester; and motion denied, with ten dollars costs. Jenks, P.J., Mills, Blackmar, Kelly and Jaycox, JJ., concurred.
