Moitie, 452 U.S. 394, 398, 101 S.Ct. 2424, 69 L.Ed.2d 103 (1981) (holding that res judicata binds those who have previously contested the issue); State v. McBride, 848 So.2d 287, 290 (Fla.2003) (prohibiting relitigation of claims that were raised or could have been raised in a prior action).
