BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

This appeal in case number 2D14–1833 is dismissed as untimely filed without prejudice to seek relief in the trial court pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540(b). See Snelson v. Snelson, 440 So.2d 477 (Fla. 5th DCA 1983). The dismissal of case number 2D14–1833 shall not affect the proceedings in case number 2D14–1922.
