Plaintiff-respondent having moved for an order staying the trial in the above-entitled action pending the outcome of his application to appeal to the Court of Appeals, from the decision and order of this Court, entered on September 17, 2019 (Appeal No. 9570), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for a stay is denied as moot as no trial is presently scheduled.
