ORDER REMANDING CASE TO STATE COURT

MICHAEL W. FITZGERALD UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Based on the parties' Stipulation Requesting Remand to State Court and Plaintiffs Disclaimer of Damages in Excess of $74,999, and for good cause appearing, it is hereby ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is REMANDED to the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles (No. 21STCV37956), for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.

It is furthered ORDERED that all dates herein be, and hereby are, vacated and the case terminated.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
