In an action by one real estate broker against another to recover one half of a brokerage commission, based on an alleged agreement between them as cobrokers, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered May 13, 1960, against him, after a jury trial. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Beldock, Acting P.J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
